do not tell me that I cannot be proud and love my dreads, because I am white. i am completely aware of their origin but i dreaded my hair because it’s a journey i want to go on in my young years, which quite frankly i don’t even need to explain to anyone because it’s my life choices. and also don’t even get me started because every fucker in our generation has stretched ears but we don’t talk shit about that and how that came from tribes and all of that shit because it’s not current news anymore and it’s someones CHOICE, which we are all allowed to have, it’s 2014 for crying out loud. there are multiple blogs on here run by people of colour, calling white people out for having dreads/wearing henna and even doing yoga because it didn’t originate from their culture. first of all, our ancestors are responsible for their choices, not the current generation. you’re complaining about hate from decades even centuries ago, yet you’re causing the hate to go on. don’t preach about discrimination/racism against people of other ethnicities, and then do the same to white people. you can’t solve the past, you can’t solve hate with hate. if something isn’t directly affecting your life right now, you are the person in the wrong by choosing to trash talk against humans you don’t know and you’ll never see again. racism goes both ways. it’s literally disgraceful to me that people even choose to spend their spare time trying to shame people for being happy with themselves or leading a life they want to. YOUR “culture” is naturally everyones culture nowadays, LOOK AT SOCIETY, you drive german cars, eat food from takeaway which originate from different countries, you wear clothes from different cultures, you listen to music from around the world, every device you own was probably not manufactured in your country. why can’t cultural changes bring people together to admire the world we live in, which surprisingly is a lot better off than the past you preach about. I AM NOT SAYING THAT PEOPLES PASTS AREN’T IMPORTANT, BUT WE HAVE GOTTEN TO A POINT WHERE THE WORLD IS MORE HARMONIOUS THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN, AND IT’S HYPOCRITICAL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT RACISM ETC WHEN YOU’RE GIVING IT OUT YOURSELF. and before you even think about it, if you wanna talk shit at me, at least have the fucking decency to do it in my ask box rather than exposing my images in a negative way on your blog. good fucking bye.

you cannot justify stealing from black cultures. you cannot blame poc for racism being alive and well. you cannot deny white privilege while benefiting from both past and current acts of oppression and racism. you cannot compare cultural diffusion to cultural appropriation. you cannot deny that racism exists while people are being murdered, rape, and oppressed, and while  the genocide of many cultures an races continues today.

CLINTON, Okla. — Two recipients of the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association Medal of Honor were also involved in the shooting death of Mah-hi-Vist GoodBlanket. The parents of GoodBlanket feel that both the shooting of their son and the awards given are unjustified.

In December of 2013, the GoodBlankets had called the police to their home after their son Mah-hi-Vist (18) had raised alarm after slipping in to what they have called an Oppositional Defiant Disorder episode.

“We called the police to protect him,” said his mother Melissa. “By the time the police had arrived he had calmed down and was in there with his girlfriend.”

The GoodBlankets were waiting in their car when police deputies first arrived at their home. According to them, two officers entered the home through a broken window and then within seconds exited through the same window. The GoodBlankets say that there was then a second entry that ended with the shooting of Mah-hi-Vist seconds after officers breached the house.

The officers have claimed that Mah-hi-Vist had threatened officers with a knife and that they were forced to shoot him.

The GoodBlankets say that the claims of officers do not reflect what they saw happen from their vantage point in the driveway where they say they could see in to the windows of the home. Custer County Sheriffs had been accompanied by two Oklahoma Highway Patrolmen in the final moments of Mah-hi-Vist’s as he was in the home with his girlfriend. Autopsy reports show that Mah-hi-Vist was shot 7 times, once in the head, and twice by a Taser gun.

“His girlfriend came running out on the yard screaming that they had shot him,” said Melissa GoodBlanket, the mother of Mah-hi-Vist.

Melissa says that the shooting was an example of excessive force and feels that the shooting was unnecessary.

The 16-year-old Jasmine Thar was shot and killed in the front yard of a Chadbourn home on December 23, 2012.  The Killer James Blackwell, 23 year old White Man, who lived across the street, says his 700 Remington Rifle went off without pulling the trigger. Jasmine was in the car with her mother and the bullet actually hit both of them. Jasmine would die from the bullet wound.  The investigation determined that the death was the product of an “accidental discharge”.  When the investigators searched James Blackwell’s (The Killer) home they found Confederate flags and NAZI memorabilia. As of now they are saying James Blackwell WILL NOT be arrested.
It think ridiculous is an understatement for how disheartening these “Investigation conclusions” are. I will say this again stemming from my last post. THE RESPECT AND CARE FOR BLACK DEATH IS NON-EXISTENT. I used to scratch my head in frustration trying to figure out how much more obvious something needs to be for them to get that it was a Race Crime. Then realized that I was naive, they can see exactly what I see but their intention was to justify the crime not to punish the Criminal. How can you possibly expect her family to accept that she was killed by some guys rifle by accident? Is this a hunting area? This is so sad and such bullshit. White people kill blacks and know that the Police will give them “The benefit of the doubt”, Unwritten Rules: When you’re BLACK you’re GUILTY until PROVEN innocent, when you’re WHITE you’re INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. You never hear of black people “accidentally” killing white people. Why? Because Black people know the POLICE, The prosecution, and White folks won’t tolerate it. We can get Killed by Zimmerman’s or Blackwells and they courts will take the side of the killer because of Privilege. Furthermore these BLACK DEATHS ARE A CONTINUOUS PATTERN.

People desperately want to feel like RACISM doesn’t exist and is a thing of the past. Some people  do not want to acknowledge racism. They ignore it and try to look at things from perspectives far from racism no matter if it’s right in their face. Lets get this clear ignoring racism and avoiding it in itself is RACIST. You are an enabler of Racism, just like someone who is aware of but quiet about another being raped, mistreated, ETC…Then people want to call you racist for pointing out some racist shit.
Black people have to stop being bamboozled by the “reports” and the media. Their agenda is always in favor of the agenda of the courts. Don’t allow their propaganda to desensitize you about something you Feel in your heart is Wrong. We cannot just pray about change ACTION is required. Blacks need to ORGANIZE and plan because this can happen to anyone of us at anytime.
I know “The Overseers” are going to come out and say “Well we kill each other everyday, why should we care about that?” Well that is true but does that justify Hate crimes by other races? Every race in the world “Kills each other everyday”  This post is about the Death of Jasmine Char and the mistreatment of her case. If you can’t understand that it’s not for you or your type of person.

A police officer shot and killed an unarmed, mentally challenged black man in Los Angeles on Monday, his family said.

Family members identified Ezell Ford, 25, as the man the cop killed on the 200 block of West 65th St. about 8:20 p.m. And one eyewitness says the officer yelled “shoot him” before killing the man in the street.

His mother, Tritobia Ford, said the shooting was unjustified and that her son was complying with the officer’s orders, according to local media.

“My heart is so heavy," she told KTLA. ”My son was a good kid. He didn’t deserve to die the way he did.”

Ford, she said, was lying on the ground when the officer shot him in the back three times.

A man claiming to be Ford’s cousin told the station he witnessed the incident and that there was no justification for excessive force.

"They laid him out and for whatever reason, they shot him in the back, knowing, mentally, he has complications. Every officer in this area, from the Newton Division, knows that — that this child has mental problems," he told KTLA.

And another eyewitness told the Huffington Post that an officer screamed out “shoot him” before the unarmed Ford was filled with three slugs.

We live under white racism in the United States. Racism is built into our society’s systems and institutions. White people hold the economic, political, and social power by controlling and owning the major systems and the vast majority of institutions that make up American society. As a result, white people are in the position to determine how power, wealth, resources, goods, and services are distributed to all of America’s citizens. Historically, white people created these systems and institutions (for example, the education system and schools) to serve themselves and to keep out people of color.

Racism is many things. It is a system of domination and exploitation based on the idea of race. Racism has been around a long time and is alive and well today. It is perhaps the single most influential social force shaping American life. It is woven into the economic, political, and social fabric of our country. Here’s a simple way to define racism: prejudice plus power. Institutions such as schools and child care centers have the collective power to enact and perpetuate racial prejudice in ways both overt and so subtle that often the people involved in these institutions don’t even recognize what’s happening.

why do white people use the argument “some black people were sold into slavery by other black people so black people are either as guilty as we are or more so”. white people bought people, enslaved people, raped people, forced assimilation on people, relocated people, tortured people, and continue to oppress people. there is no way to back out of the it and somehow not being guilty of committing such crimes. not to mention the quantity of black people being sold by other black people is a small fraction compared to the total amount of black people who were taken, also the black people selling other black people didn’t force white people to buy black people. white people bought black people. white people also stole black people. this excuse is tire and invalid.
