Hey! Nope, not moving just going back home (ish?) finally.
I originally came down to texas for winter break back in December to visit my family over the holidays… however I was diagnosed with colon cancer unofficially on Dec 31 (after having a colonoscopy) and officially diagnosed on Jan 5th or something like that. When I was told I officially have colon cancer (and I guess have had it for years.. who knew?) the doctors told me that I needed to stay in texas so that I could have surgery to remove the cancer (and 11 inches of my colon) on January 16th and for recovery.
I’ve been cleared form recovery though it’ll take me 2 years to fully recover from the surgery… but I can now eat fruits, veggies, and general fiber AND go back to washington state :) So I’ll be going back there a week from thursday :D
