Police murdering black people is continued acts of genocide still being committed in the u.s. I have heard many white people say genocide is over in the u.s. and yet police officers are murdering innocent black people without getting in trouble for it. We know the definition of genocide, we know that it is not only murder but forced assimilation, relocation, the destruction of a culture, rape, and murder. And black people are still being murdered 28-31 times more than white people by the police and we aren’t calling this a genocide?
A man has died during the Ferguson riots just yards from where Michael Brown was shot dead.
Residents on Canfield Drive said that DeAndre Joshua, 20, was shot whilst in his car though police at the scene refused to confirm any details. DeAndre’s grandmother Renita Towns said that ‘somebody killed him’ during the carnage.
DeAndre Joshua graduated from high school and worked at Walmart, he said. As police towed Joshua’s car, his grandmother Renita Towns said she had little hope that police would investigate and learn the cause of her grandson’s death. She said he wasn’t into drugs, she said. “Police don’t care — he’s black,” Towns said.

Drug Effectiveness
While it could be that Duncan got the Chimerix drug too late and that no drug would have worked at that late point, it also may be the Chimerix drug is not as effective as ZMapp or TKM-Ebola, two other drugs that have been tried on Ebola patients, said Thomas Geisbert, a virologist at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

This man was SENT HOME from the emergency room on September 26th and doctors failed to acknowledge a note left by the nurse stating he had been in Africa and therefore would be a legitimate Ebola risk. The article clearly states that it might have been too late for Thomas Duncan, but fails to place the responsibility for that with the doctors who sent home a man from the emergency room presenting with symptoms of Ebola who said that he had recently traveled in West Africa. Those doctors KILLED THOMAS DUNCAN but the article pretends as though his death was unavoidable

Remembering Hispanic/Latino Victims of Murder/Police Brutality In America
Mark Salazar, 22 (Oklahoma): Killed on August 25, 2014 By Oklahoma City Sergeant Ryan Stark, Who Murdered Salazar After He Allegedly Killed Stark’s K-9 Agent, Kye, Who Police Gave A Full-Honor Funeral, While The Town Celebrated The Hispanic Man’s Death
OKLAHOMA CITY – A case that grabbed the attention of Oklahomans across the state is now back in the spotlight.
On Aug. 25, Sgt. Ryan Stark and Stark’s K-9 police dog, Kye, were involved in a high-speed chase.
Authorities say 22-year-old Mark Salazar led officers on a chase through Moore, Norman and ended along I-35 in Goldsby.
After crashing his car, officers say Salazar tried to run away but was caught by Kye.
At that point, police say Salazar repeatedly stabbed Kye before Sgt. Stark arrived.
“The canine officer made his way to the suspect’s location to pull the canine off the suspect and noticed the suspect armed with a knife and had been actively stabbing the canine,” said Capt. Dexter Nelson, with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
That’s when Stark opened fire and killed Salazar.
The next day, the K-9 officer died as a result of the stabbing.
Now, the case is back in the spotlight with the release of the autopsy by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Oklahoma.
According to the report, Salazar was shot six times, four of those in the back.
Salazar’s death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner, which means another human caused his death.
The McClain County District Attorney will determine if the manner of death was criminal in nature.

The Salazar family attorney believes the shooting was not justified.
“He’s not a punk. He’s not a thug. He doesn’t have some extensive criminal background. Yes, he has a job.” said Noble McIntyre, the Salazar family’s attorney.
According to McIntyre, there are a number of things the police department got wrong the night Salazar was killed.
He says Salazar was suspected of stealing a car.
However, McIntyre says the car belonged to Salazar.
After the incident, police said Salazar was stabbing the dog when he was shot.
“We know the officer was in close proximity to the suspect when the suspect was stabbing the dog, which places the officer in great danger of the suspect,” said Capt. Nelson on Aug. 25.
The medical examiner’s report told a different story.
According to the report, the medical examiner investigator wrote the suspect was running away, an initial determination allegedly formulated when the investigator was out at the scene.
“Mark had been shot in the back multiple times from a distance. Not while he was on the ground wrestling with a dog, but as he was attempting to flee,” McIntyre said. “There was a larger concern about the dog than there was about the human life.”
In a surprising twist, the medical examiner’s office changed its mind on the idea that Salazar was running away.
In an email to the chief of police, the medical examiner said, “The gunshot wounds on the back of this deceased individual all have a clearly steep angle, downward trajectory and are highly unlikely to have been discharged while this man was running away from a person who was shooting.”
The police chief is expecting a change to the autopsy report and feels it is justified.

Michael Dunn found guilty of first-degree murder in death of unarmed teen Jordan Davis
October 1, 2014Michael Dunn, the man who shot and killed African-American teen Jordan Davis, was found guilty of first-degree murder in a retrial on Wednesday.
Dunn made national headlines in November 2012 after he approached a vehicle at a Jacksonville gas station that was playing loud rap music. Words were exchanged between Dunn and the teens inside and at some point the 47-year-old pulled out a gun and fired ten shots into the car, mortally wounding Davis, who was unarmed. The gunfire missed the other teens, who were also unarmed.
Dunn claimed he saw someone aim a gun from one of the car’s windows. Police found no weapon at the scene.
Following the shooting, Dunn and his girlfriend drove back to their nearby hotel and ordered pizza. The next day the couple drove 175 miles south of Jacksonville to Dunn’s home where he was later arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder.
Dunn also reportedly described the teens he fired on as “thugs” and “gangsters” in his initial conversations with authorities about the incident.
The case also took on added significance since it came just months after former neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman shot and killed unarmed teen Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida.
Both cases struck racial cords and spurred national protests and added to a string of killings of unarmed black men that prompted dialogue about the often deadly interactions between armed whites and unarmed black men especially.
Last summer Zimmerman was found not guilty of all charges related to Martin’s death.
In February of this year, Dunn was found guilty of three counts of attempted murder and firing into an occupied vehicle. However, the judge declared a mistrial on the count of first-degree murder, which results in a retrial this month. The ruling angered many who saw the case as a slam-dunk, while discouraging others still in shock over the Zimmerman acquittal.
Dunn testified in his own defense, claiming that he feared for his life when he shot at Davis and his fellow passengers.
“He wasn’t shooting at the tires. He wasn’t shooting at the windows. He was shooting to kill, aiming at Jordan Davis,” prosecutor Erin Wolfson told jurors.
During court proceedings this week, Dunn told jurors reiterated what he’d said to law enforcement shortly after the shooting, that he saw a “very angry-looking young man” in the back seat, referring to Davis, who he said then raised a barrel of a gun to the window and threatened to kill him.
“I saw the barrel of a gun. I’m petrified. I’m in fear for my life. This guy just threatened to kill me — and he showed me a gun,” Dunn testified on the witness stand during his retrial, according to reports.
The jury on Wednesday deliberated for less than five hours on Wednesday, a stark contrast from the 30 hours the jury in Dunn’s original trial took to return its decision.Dunn, 47, already faces at least 60 years in prison for his earlier convictions.
Following the hearing Davis’s parents, Ron Davis and Lucy McBath told reporters that the verdict was not just their family’s victory alone.
“We are very grateful that justice has been served, justice not only for Jordan, but justice for Trayvon and justice all the nameless, faceless children and people that will never have a voice,” Lucy McBath, Jordan’s mother said after the verdict. “And Ron and I are committed to giving our lives to walking out Jordan’s justice and Jordan’s legacy.”
“We know that Jordan’s life and legacy will live on for others,” McBath said.
Ron Davis said he found solace and reassurance in the verdict.
“I wanted Jacksonville to be a shining example that you can have a jury made up of mostly white people, white men and to be an example to the rest of the world to stop the discriminatory practices, stop discriminating, stop looking where we have to look at juries and say what the makeup of juries are,” he said.
The names of both Trayvon Martin and Jordan Davis have been intoned in recent weeks as unrest continues in Ferguson, MO over the cop-killing of black teen Michael Brown. Like Martin and Davis before him, Brown was unarmed at the time of his killing.
The list of cases involving unarmed young black men killed by white men or law enforcement continues to grow, as do the protests demanding justice in their name.
“All across this nation, every time there is a trial between a victim that is black and someone that shot him that is white, we look at what is the make-up of the jury. Is the black victim going to be represented? Hopefully this is a start where we don’t have to look at the makeup of the jury anymore,” Ron Davis said. “All we can do is look at the case, look at the minds and the souls and the hearts of people, of human beings, not of skin color, but of human beings.”

Police officers who shot Indian teen get medals by Brandon Ecoffey
CLINTON, Okla. — Two recipients of the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association Medal of Honor were also involved in the shooting death of Mah-hi-Vist GoodBlanket. The parents of GoodBlanket feel that both the shooting of their son and the awards given are unjustified.
In December of 2013, the GoodBlankets had called the police to their home after their son Mah-hi-Vist (18) had raised alarm after slipping in to what they have called an Oppositional Defiant Disorder episode.
“We called the police to protect him,” said his mother Melissa. “By the time the police had arrived he had calmed down and was in there with his girlfriend.”
The GoodBlankets were waiting in their car when police deputies first arrived at their home. According to them, two officers entered the home through a broken window and then within seconds exited through the same window. The GoodBlankets say that there was then a second entry that ended with the shooting of Mah-hi-Vist seconds after officers breached the house.
The officers have claimed that Mah-hi-Vist had threatened officers with a knife and that they were forced to shoot him.
The GoodBlankets say that the claims of officers do not reflect what they saw happen from their vantage point in the driveway where they say they could see in to the windows of the home. Custer County Sheriffs had been accompanied by two Oklahoma Highway Patrolmen in the final moments of Mah-hi-Vist’s as he was in the home with his girlfriend. Autopsy reports show that Mah-hi-Vist was shot 7 times, once in the head, and twice by a Taser gun.
“His girlfriend came running out on the yard screaming that they had shot him,” said Melissa GoodBlanket, the mother of Mah-hi-Vist.
Melissa says that the shooting was an example of excessive force and feels that the shooting was unnecessary.

The 16-year-old Jasmine Thar was shot and killed in the front yard of a Chadbourn home on December 23, 2012. The Killer James Blackwell, 23 year old White Man, who lived across the street, says his 700 Remington Rifle went off without pulling the trigger. Jasmine was in the car with her mother and the bullet actually hit both of them. Jasmine would die from the bullet wound. The investigation determined that the death was the product of an “accidental discharge”. When the investigators searched James Blackwell’s (The Killer) home they found Confederate flags and NAZI memorabilia. As of now they are saying James Blackwell WILL NOT be arrested. It think ridiculous is an understatement for how disheartening these “Investigation conclusions” are. I will say this again stemming from my last post. THE RESPECT AND CARE FOR BLACK DEATH IS NON-EXISTENT. I used to scratch my head in frustration trying to figure out how much more obvious something needs to be for them to get that it was a Race Crime. Then realized that I was naive, they can see exactly what I see but their intention was to justify the crime not to punish the Criminal. How can you possibly expect her family to accept that she was killed by some guys rifle by accident? Is this a hunting area? This is so sad and such bullshit. White people kill blacks and know that the Police will give them “The benefit of the doubt”, Unwritten Rules: When you’re BLACK you’re GUILTY until PROVEN innocent, when you’re WHITE you’re INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. You never hear of black people “accidentally” killing white people. Why? Because Black people know the POLICE, The prosecution, and White folks won’t tolerate it. We can get Killed by Zimmerman’s or Blackwells and they courts will take the side of the killer because of Privilege. Furthermore these BLACK DEATHS ARE A CONTINUOUS PATTERN.
People desperately want to feel like RACISM doesn’t exist and is a thing of the past. Some people do not want to acknowledge racism. They ignore it and try to look at things from perspectives far from racism no matter if it’s right in their face. Lets get this clear ignoring racism and avoiding it in itself is RACIST. You are an enabler of Racism, just like someone who is aware of but quiet about another being raped, mistreated, ETC…Then people want to call you racist for pointing out some racist shit.Black people have to stop being bamboozled by the “reports” and the media. Their agenda is always in favor of the agenda of the courts. Don’t allow their propaganda to desensitize you about something you Feel in your heart is Wrong. We cannot just pray about change ACTION is required. Blacks need to ORGANIZE and plan because this can happen to anyone of us at anytime.I know “The Overseers” are going to come out and say “Well we kill each other everyday, why should we care about that?” Well that is true but does that justify Hate crimes by other races? Every race in the world “Kills each other everyday” This post is about the Death of Jasmine Char and the mistreatment of her case. If you can’t understand that it’s not for you or your type of person.“Nobody in the world, nobody in history, has ever gotten their freedom by appealing to the moral sense of the people who were oppressing them”~~Assata ShakurWritten By @Solar_InnerG
