both lifestyles are fine. People of all body types and shapes can exercise the same amount, if not more, and still be their body size and shape. Exercise is not exclusively an activity for people with thin or athletic bodies. Thin privilege is having media promote only slender, thin, and athletic bodies, while shaming everyone who doesn’t fit into that category. (there is more to it than that, however.) Discussing thin privilege is not shaming people with thin, slender, or athletic bodies, it is about extending perceptions of beauty, in western cultures, to include all body types and sizes.
black women come in literally every shape, color, and size
and so when a person says they aren’t attracted to black women
it’s not actually about being physically attracted to black women
it’s about an aversion to blackness
and just knowing a person is black is seen as repulsive
regardless of physical attractiveness
