p3 play the whole “but not ALL sex workers are white” thing, and no, not all of them are, but she ENTIRELY ignored my voice there and when people called her out on it she also refused to post any of their messages. I unfollowed her after that because she would absolutely not acknowledge that native women’s voices matter. To me, it showed me that she is not my ally and that stopping trafficking of native women in Canada is not a priority for her.

These asks are in reference to Misandry-Mermaid^. I am truly sorry that you have experienced this, to be ignored about a traumatic event that happened to you by someone who has a popular blog and could have let you make a very important point. That is terrible. Not only have you been abused, in such a horrific way, but then to be ignored by someone who claims to be an ally is invalidating. Just know that you are loved, your voice matters, and that you have so much to offer this world. I have since found proof of harmful posts by that blogger, with the help of some other bloggers, and so I have unfollowed. I hope that you will be given the respect you deserve in the future.
