People also experience racism from non-whites. That's why the term 'poc' is so stupid. You're not tacking racism if you're bashing white people. I've dealt with extreme racism from Asians & even from black people with lighter skin. I'm black myself. You need to educate yourself on the topic of racism.
I never denied that a person of color could be prejudice against another person of color, nor have I said that a person of color cannot promote racism against another person of color. A person of color obviously can experience prejudice and/or discrimination from another person of color. A person of color can promote racism, uphold white supremacy, and be prejudice, but they lack a systematic position of power.
