1. I was blonde as a child but it turned dark when I was eleven
2. Blonde hair is not a white people only hair color.
3. My hair was bleached but even if I were a natural blonde I would still be me; I would still be Native.

I have a family friend who has natural auburn red hair and red freckles coming from her redhead mom and her redheaded grandmother. All of them black, some may be biracial, and all the same skin color.
My own great-grand who was Seminole and black had features and skin color enough to pass for white, blazing red hair and freckles.
My half-black/white cousins had sandy blond hair from their redhead mom and black father with black hair for the LONGEST time until just before going off to preschool. Genetics do things.
As a side-note, I would like to know when calling people white when they actually and factually are white became a cardinal sin. Bring me the receipts!
