Indigenous Rising

I was at school and someone's iPod got stolen. This (white) kid in my class goes "A nigger probably did it.".I walked out of class and told the principal. The next day, the principal told me he got suspended. But not because of what he said. Because he was caught smoking a cigarette. I asked her about the comment he made & what was done about that. She goes "A lot of white students ask why they can't say the "N" word. We can't control what others say, but we can control how we react to it".
