What money? lol Casino monetary benefits? I know very few people who ever receive those. Drug abuse can happen anywhere.

Keep in mind generation after generation of ndn people have been suffering from depression, PTSD, anxiety, etc. This happens because of diaspora, assimilation, genocide, rape, murder, etc, etc. People who have been suffering for 200-400 years can have children who develop the same mental illnesses. And some people with these illness turn to alcohol or drugs.
