Tbh, it’s the 21st century, EVERYTHING has been commercialized. The cross is sacred, yet it’s manipulated by society. Same goes for all of the Indian headdresses. You and “your people” are not the only ones who’s “sacred symbols” and whatnot are not being used for their intended purposes.

Just because other cultures are appropriated doesn’t make it okay to appropriate Native cultures. The cross is appropriated, at times, but Catholics and Christians do not have a history of oppression, rather a history of being oppressive. Native Americans are an oppressed, marginalized group; racism against us hasn’t ended at all, and stealing a sacred object from Plains tribes is just another act of racism.
