I'll tell you what a thug is. A thug is a person who uses force and threats to make other people give "respect." Additionally, a thug is a person who robs, peddles drugs, assaults people. It's not forced assimilation into "white culture" to expect people not to do such things.
And I think the word “thug” is used, too often, to describe individuals who do not do any of the things you have mentioned. You are referring to a post I reblogged that mentions a couple people, one of them being Trayvon Martin who was labeled a thug, even though when white teens, who participate in the same behavior, are not labeled as such.
White culture does threaten poc into respecting them, and robs, and assaults people, and distribute drugs, so really.. who are the real thugs?

You need to take a few sociology classes. What you think is racism is actually prejudice. White people are the oppressive group. That does not mean every single white person has an oppressive personality; but all white people benefit from white privilege.
