Yeah your right, I didn't like your blog for long. Change is not made by people sitting behind desks. You can raise awareness yes but taking cheap shots at each other does nothing. You stew so much in your own anger that it makes an entire nationality bitter. Change is made by those striving forward not looking back.

So my efforts were valid when you thought I defended racist white people but now that you know I do not I am suddenly invalid?

You can raise awareness yes but taking cheap shots at each other does nothing.

So after everything white people have done and continue to do I am not allowed to make fun of them? This is a silencing technique. I can insult an oppressive person as much as I want. Abusive and oppressive people are not victims.

You stew so much in your own anger that it makes an entire nationality bitter.

Why are you pretending to know about my emotions? I have a right to be angry and nothing you say can take away my right to feel anything. I do not know why you feel entitled to dictate how another feels.  And I’m not sure why you think I have any power to control a “nationality”; I can say with certainty that I have not influenced one.

Change is made by those striving forward not looking back.

Most of what I blog about is current social events; and even if all I blogged about was past events that doesn’t invalidate my feelings or beliefs. Understanding history can be beneficial by showing us mistakes not to make again and injustice we will not stand for.
