No, we get that you’re making fun of the concept of white privilege. You’re saying, “people go so overboard with the concept of white privilege that next thing you know they’ll be saying white girls like me can’t get tonsillitis”.
There’s nothing clever or subtle about this so it’s pretty silly of you to claim that it’s going over anyone’s head.
Actually, your “purposeful exaggeration” says more about your views than about those who criticize white privilege. There is nothing absurd about the idea that white privilege is far-reaching, insidious, and serious; it is simply a reality which many white people prefer to ignore.
All your post really says is “rather than face the reality of my white privilege, I prefer to make stupid remarks that no serious critic of privilege would actually make, and act like they are somehow comparable to the real criticisms.”
