Calling someone a crybaby when they have been a victim of racism is belittling their experience(s) and insinuates their feelings do not matter.

And I am guessing from this post that you are trying to say that white people experience racism; that is inaccurate. White people can experience discrimination and/or prejudice but as they are members of an oppressive power group they do not experience racism. Racism = prejudice + power.
