He has freedom of speech, just like you do. He has the same freedom and assumed innocence, under the law, that makes it legal for rappers to rap about doing hard drugs. He said something awful and stupid, but he’s a KID. People kill people for lesser things, and if you think that tumblr “activists” won’t try to get to this kid’s house, you’re dead wrong. Spreading personal info is wrong in any situation. I couldn’t spread a bully’s address online because A) they could get seriously hurt, and B) it’s just wrong. If you wouldn’t put it on the internet about yourself, why put it out there for someone else?
Freedom of speech doesn’t include when one incites violence. Several of his posts incited violence. If he has freedom of speech so do the people who are calling him (that are not threatening him).
