You are the source of the problem that's being addressed by that person, though, and that problem is exacting vengeance on some dumb kid for saying something stupid, and trying to justify it like you're doing him and his family a favor when in reality, you just wanted some form of street justice that doesn't actually do anything to solve any problem whatsoever, but make it worse.
- You are more offended by me saying his mom should be told than his actions.
- His actions were not merely “stupid” they are dehumanizing, racist, and violent.
- Why are you attempting to tell me what I want? What authority do you think you have over me and my mind?
- If it were as easy to change a racist by being sweet to them then there wouldn’t be any racists. Sometimes violence is a necessity. I do not believe violence is needed in this case though. However, he was promoting violence against PoC. Why is it okay for him to incite violence but not okay for others to call him?
- “makes it worse” <– you need to rethink this statement. You are placing his right to say violent, racist things over the rights of those offended to express their feelings.
- You are defending a racist.
