Punishments are artificial consequences. This teaches him to "be afraid to say something racist" and nothing else. You can literally react or respond in any way at all and rationalize "it teaches consequences." The initial flood of criticism was a consequence. Nothing CAN'T teach consequences. Someone could have called "called his mommy" without the doxxing, but someone decided to do this instead. This was vengeance.

I did not promote punishment; I promoted consequence and education.
Some people may have acted in “vengeance”; but I said his mother needs to be told so they can get the counseling and education they need. You are trying to cast me as the villain, when by your own definition, there are greater “villains” out there. Are you spending the same amount of time you are spending trying to villainize me as you are trying to educate him? He committed a bigger crime than I did yet you are spending your time trying to tell me that I did wrong. Hmm…
