the stereotypes you are referring to is prejudice, not racism. racism = prejudice + power white people do not experience racism because they are the oppressive power. (also, why should people be perfectly nice towards their oppressors?) You put this on a post.. But you are saying why should people from other cultures have to be nice to whites well then why should whites be nice back? It should be about equal respect not about disliking one another

oppressed groups are not obligated to be nice to their oppressors. Can you imagine telling me to be nice to my rapist; we are both human, and if I want respect I should give it, right? No. I am not nice to people who harm me on purpose to keep me in submission. White people, as a power structure, are the oppressive power.
