Is this in reference to the Lily Allen video (and others like it)? Because there is a lot of imagery in that video that depicts the dancers who are women of color in a way that portrays them as subservient and less-than the lead singer, a white woman; and whether that was intentional or not it still has the same outcome. The video promotes racism by portraying women of color as lesser-beings than a white woman. The back up dancers are objectified and used as props.
