Are you one of the people that think that people can't join a cause to stop oppression if they are not one of the oppressed group (straight people campaigning for lgbt rights, male feminists, white people campaigning to end racism) because I see people say that and I find it ridiculous. I'm not saying that they can't achieve rights on their own, but the more people in a campaign the more effective it is and anyone can help. I am against animal cruelty but I am human

People can actively fight against oppression without being in an oppressed group, and without over-stepping or invading safe spaces.
