To add to the ask i just sent because I ran out of characters, white people did get privileges (no racism against white people for example) although some of these are less benefits and more bad things for poc (like a base line and benefits go up and bad things go down. It was more poc lives went down than white people's going up)
White people’s lives did “go up”; they reaped the benefits of the enslavement of African Americans, the genocide, displacement, and assimilation of Native Americans, and they financially benefited from acts of segregation and work performed by people of color. Not only did/do white people benefit financially but also in many other aspects; such as, education that is geared towards their interpretation of religion, false histories that either limit the damage caused by white people or make it look necessary and somehow justifiable, safety, health care, travel, respect, media, etc, etc.
Anon, your message sounds like you are trying to downplay white privilege and its benefits and I’m not buying it.
