I have a question! What people assume is racism towards white people is not actually racism, right? Its prejudice. So an oppressed person poking fun of the oppressor is not racism, but when an oppressed person pokes fun of another oppressed person is it racism? Its a dumb question but I'm confused.

That’s not a dumb question.
A person of color can uphold racism against another person of color. A person of color can uphold white supremacy. A person of color can promote racism. But they are from an oppressed group so they would be prejudice and promoting racism.
