No ignorance here. Just seems to me that people have way too much time to get offended about… well, just about everything. I’m not going to be pc for anyone and if that offends you well then that’s your problem.
you care more about taking what you want and doing what you want over entire groups of people. Being “pc” takes compassion, caring, love, and acceptance, perhaps you are far too selfish to care about anyone besides yourself.
Actually, I’m a very compassionate person and I have many friends of diverse backgrounds. I’m just saying I’m not going to accommodate someone that DECIDES they want to be offended by the fact that I might want to take part of something that’s outside of my culture. The only reason I would want to take part in something outside of my own would be to either learn or bc I feel like the tradition speaks to my soul.
if you cared about the culture you wouldn’t want to take from it. you wouldn’t be looking for something “cute” to wear from it, you wouldn’t be looking for something to take for your own person gain. You wouldn’t be thinking about yourself.
