Does anyone else find their depression gets worse after exercise?
the endorphins released during exercise make me feel okay-ish? but after they wear off I am in an even worse mental state than i was before… that’s just me though, not saying don’t exercise...
100 lbs ago I was a ballet dancer, and working out really helped me with my depression, but after going through something very traumatizing it just doesn’t work the same way anymore. idk if it is because i am older and my hormones changed? or if my depression is just worse. idk.
