‘Reverse racism’ isn’t a thing purely because that leads you to believe only one specific race is racist. That idea, itself, is racist. Anyone can be racist, just as anyone can have racism forced upon them.

white people do not experience racism….

 white people can experience prejudice and discrimination but not racism. prejudice is having a belief about someone based off of their skin color, discrimination is putting that prejudice into an action. racism is prejudice + power.

Racism has nothing to do with power

Actually it does. I think you may be confusing the words prejudice and racism. Anyone can experience prejudice, but not all people experience racism. Racism is about power. Racism that becomes institutionalized (institutionalized racism) is and can be set in place because of oppressive groups having power.
