I’d like to say first that I’m going to use feminism and racism as…

we can all hold hands and say we are “one” once oppressive groups stop oppressing people. as there are plenty of people still being oppressed the first step is to identify the problem in order to find a solution(s). Know your opponent, identify them. There is nothing wrong with pointing out one’s oppressor. A true ally wouldn’t be offended by hearing the truth about the group they belong to. A true ally would admit to the problem and do something to change the oppressive system.
