Oppressors: White people as an institution and their supporters. If you aren’t part of the solution then you are part of the problem. America is oppressive to PoC.

An individual can still be an oppressor if they are a person involved in maintaining oppressive systems and institutions, or an individual who supports them or does not fight it.
