So my friend got tumblr the other day, and this is how I explained it to him:
- On tumblr, there is no such thing as heterosexual. The closest you get is cisgendered.
- Since we are both white, cisgendered, males from North America, we are essentially Satan
- If a tumblr user were in the car with us right now, it would probably be throwing holy water at us and muttering to themselves in Latin
I think that sums things up quite nicely
that’s an exaggeration. you are from several oppressive groups so you and your friend should care about the oppressed groups who are being oppressed by your groups. being an ally is a good thing. but all your doing is mocking the oppressed groups with your post.
