Hey guys, i know I haven’t posted in a while, but I got this tattoo and it means a lot to me, so yea.
vvvv Story Below vvvv

When I was 3, my mom and dad got divorced because he was a drunk, drug addict gambler, it wasn’t until I turned 6 that my mom re married a guy named Matt. When I turned 9, Matt adopted me and my sister and I took his last name. When we were younger, he would always do this thing where he would always call me chief. It was annoying at first, but now I realize that he was just being himself and trying to show he cared about my sister, mom and I. This just goes to show me that a guy who I am unrelated to in any way, is a better dad then my actually birth father. Thank you, dad.

Love your parents guys.

Instead of getting a stereotyped tattoo why not have your step-father’s face tattooed on you? Why did you pick a racist stereotype?

moshguard

My step father is cherokee, he called me chief. figured it fit, but I forgot, too many people see an indian and get butt hurt as fuck.

hurrr durr racism, you hate indians hurrr durr, is assuming it’s racist because it’s on a white person’s body, racist?

indigenous-rising

The Cherokee people do not traditionally practice the use of the warbonnet. And the caricature is a stereotype.

White people missing the point episode #36863379890

moshguard

I think you’re all missing the point that, why does it matter what image is used when the real meaning is bringing a family together. Like why do you feel so troubled to bitch because its an Indian chief.
All your doing is wasting time, and quite frankl look like a four year old. It’s freedom, you don’t own the rights of an Indian. I’m sure if white guys were more interesting there would be some edgy hipsters getting Larry Bird’s portrait.

Oh wait, even though that’s the exact scenario, it’s not because you are all so full of yourselves and want to sound like a victim.
Give me a ducking break.

Lmfao.
White people struggling to be able to keep being racist.
You people get told why your wrong by the people your being racist against and you still don’t get it. Yall are delusional.

Whether intentionally or unintentionally, white people can be racist to the people of color in their family.
I’m done.

It’s really upsetting how you’re going to lose sleep over someone you’ll never meet, for a tattoo they got for a specific reason.

Geeze, like fucking mind your own shit, if it upsets you, fucking block me.

I DON’T GIVE A FUCK HOW YOU FEEL.

indigenous-rising

Why don’t you care how you make Native people feel? You like Natives only enough to get a stereotyped tattoo but not actually listen to any of us?
