I just need to point something out. Racism, in some cases, describes systematic oppression in a government or body of authority. But it also encompasses hatred or intolerance of another race. The two definitions can exist together. And they can exist separately. Both are racism.

Oppression is the exercise of authority in a cruel or unjust manner, which involves minorities and/or women.

Anyone can be a racist.

Not everyone can be oppressed.

I think you are mistaking racism with prejudice. Racism = prejudice + power. Hating someone based on their race is prejudice.
