do you mean Bindi? Why are you “giving" people permission to promote racism? Who are you to say who can and can’t wear a Bindi?

I don’t know why you think appreciating another culture is racism. And cultures borrow from one another all the time. 

Cultural appreciation is a good thing; cultural appropriation is a bad thing. And there is a difference between cultural diffusion and cultural appropriation. A non-Desi person giving White girls permission to wear a Bindi is Cultural Appropriation.
