People should be punished for using racial slurs. Racial slurs are offensive and damaging; and perpetuate racism and violence towards people of color.
Your whole One Race bit is cute and all but it is not the reality we live in. Racism is alive and well and attempting to silence PoC, by telling them not to complain about racial slurs, is not going to end racism.
