Not about cultural appropriation or anything, but it's so cool to see that you're a person of color who likes Harry Potter. A lot of people think the series is just a "White person thing" when that's so untrue! :)

Harry Potter, like so many sci-fi novels (and literature in general), are seriously lacking in featuring PoC. There needs to be more literature that ‘stars’ and includes PoC. I love the Harry Potter books but that doesn’t mean I do not see a need for representation of PoC. It is hard to relate to literature and characters that excludes you; so I can see how it is problematic.
