Indigenous Rising

Are you assuming that Native Americans are no longer being oppressed? If you believe that then you are ignorant on the subject. If you are referring to the history of genocide, relocation, assimilation, rape, etc and believe that Native Americans today should be “over it" then you are still ignorant on the subject.

The affects oppression has on people affect their children, their children’s children, and so on. These wounds are not healed, nor would it be easy to heal them.
