When you say that "white people don't have to...", this is racism. Power is not the problem. The "power" argument was only used by nazis against Jews in the World War 2. In some coutries, white people are or were oppressed and don't have the power. Hope you know that.

You need to research: cultural appropriation, institutionalized racism, systematic racism, and individual racism.
