nope. i just had pigtail braids and posted a picture of myself here on tumblr. didn't tag it indian or native american, didn't say anything about either culture. and some random anon sent me a bunch of hate mail saying it was cultural appropriation. since i'm white, i really wasn't sure if it was or not.
