I find it amusing that you didn't answer when I asked you to define "promoting racism". ACTUALLY you attacked my roommate. Who are YOU to educate people? People are quite capable of educating themselves and that choice belongs with them. Cultural appropriation MAY be seen as an act of racism. I have done my research thank you. As a university student with 4 years of post-secondary education, I do my research before opening my mouth. If I don't get to decide what racism is, then neither do you.

promoting racism: posting racist photos promotes racism. when people post racist images, such as a non-native person wearing a costume warbonnet, that blogger is promoting racists stereotypes, fetishization, disrespect, etc. I don’t know how I can make that any clearer.

attacking: I did not attack your roommate. I told her she is promoting racism by posting those images. That is not an attack. In fact, if anyone is attacking anyone it is her by posting racist photos. She is adding to the racism by posting it, I consider racist imagery to be an attack. (sometimes it is an unintentional attack)

cultural appropriation is an act of racism. you can disagree with facts, but it doesn’t make you correct.

I am not deciding what is an is not racism; I didn’t create the term cultural appropriation nor did I force people to accept it as racism. Again, you do not get to decide what is an is not racist towards Native Americans.
