No, I’m not. The “models” who wear costume warbonnets might have a drop of Native blood; however, they obviously do not participate in any Native cultures because the Native peoples who do practice their culture and are involved in their Native community do not wear costume warbonnets. In all my life, I have never seen a Native person wear a costume warbonnet, ever.

So when I say non-Native I am referring to people who may or may not have some Native blood but do not practice any Native cultures and do not participate in any Native community; and have not earned the right to wear a warbonnet.
