People go to jail on intent; it's never irrelevant. If he has no right to own it, prove it. Last time I checked owning a costume wasn't illegal. I don't care that I offend people; that's my choice & I don't need to do anything to change it. You have your rights because of people that don't care. If that's how you view it then I guess I can't argue with it, but racism is still inevitable in our society. If you don't like it, find a country where there isn't racism that's not 3rd world. Good luck.

White people who promote racism telling me to leave my own country.

He has not right to own/wear a costume warbonnet because it is offensive and racist, and the idea of it was stolen from Native tribes who specified that non-natives who haven’t earned it have no rights to wear it.

You do not care that you offend people with your racist images? That is not a good personality trait to have.

Just because racism exist doesn’t excuse your behavior.
