However the one common link is that most every PoC WILL experience racism, to some degree and to a certain severity, in their life. A white person has ABSOLUTELY no grounds to stand on in terms of telling a PoC what is and isn't racism, but this does not mean that other PoC get to decide what your experience with racism is like either.
