PoC can discriminate against other people and have prejudices; this is not racism because PoC are not the ones in power.

My college classes that discuss racism have all said racism=prejudice+power; I already believed this definition before going to college.

The definition you gave would fall under individual racism. If you “work” for an anti-racism organization why haven’t you research these things? Your definition is not the only universal definition of racism. There is more to racism then hatred.
