There's something particularly insidious about a white individual defining racism for a person of colour, and worse yet, attempting to dismiss a person of colour's experiences because they cannot see the racism themselves. It baffles me that people are more insulted and outraged by being called racist, than they are by the mere existence of racism itself. It's about time people stop asking for "evidence" of modern racism, and start listening to the voices of those that are affected by it.
