About your situation with your white "friend". Since you seem to be friends, and have a few months behind you, call her out on her bs. I suggest being respectful and calm, but your choice. Just say, "hey, that's racist" or "hey, that was a rude statement to make." I promise not all white people are like this, and I'm sorry this person is making these comments. they're just wrong.

I did call her out and as I was leaving she kept saying she’s not racist then saw a mixed race baby and called that baby a N*glet. There is no repairing that friendship.

And of course not all white people are like that. But it has been my experience that every time I made a white friend they say stuff like that.

Note: I said I am hesitant to make friendships with white people, not that I absolutely won’t.
