Cultural appropriation isn't overtly racist. Disrespecting sacred items is. You can't just tell all non-POC that they can't partake in another culture(like having dreadlocks). Exclusivity and inability to share or understand other cultures is the cause of most wars. You're just continuing discrimination. I know many PoC who watch anime and follow Japanese non-sacred fashion. In fact, I'm one of them. I guess we're racists because what we're doing is defined as "cultural appropriation".
