holy shit this indigenous-rising person claiming to live on reservation?! oh my god– i may be very mixed seeing as my mom is half but my granddad was full and didn’t live on a reservation, this is some weird stuff
i think it’s like, if you’re mixed that’s fine and everything, but just try to learn about your culture and support the community in how it raises awareness for native issues, embrace the kinds of stuff you actually grew up with and don’t try to force yourself into a stereotypical and racist depiction of native people that’s so disrespectful
I never claimed to live on any reservation. Rumors are exaggerating. I have lived my entire life in Northern California, not on any reservation or rancheria.
