  1. Buy a spray bottle from the pharmacy or beauty supply store
  2. Add one table spoon of your favorite leave in conditioner
  3. Add one table spoon of your favorite oil
  4. Fill the rest of the bottle with water
  5. Shake the bottle
  6. Spray hair with mixture every other day, or as needed

Keeps hair moisturized and leaves a lot less build up than just using oils in your scalp or cream leave ins on your twists and braids
