sorry you're getting all this hate .. people just want to act like no one can be ndn if they don't agree with them. but i have a question about some things. i saw where someone had said that you used to identify as cayuga. do you still? i ask bc i think i'm iroquois, but my family is not sure which tribe. i thik we're either cayuga or possibly oneida. if you want me to, i can come off anon but i would prefer not to. :)

I do not know my mother’s side of the family and have heard very little about them, but she tells me she is Cayuga since I can remember. Sometimes I identify as Cayuga along with Cherokee and Choctaw but because I literally know nothing about the Cayuga and their culture, other than what I read online, I feel like I shouldn’t identify as Cayuga. So I do go back and forth. Ignore my moms identity or awkwardly, invasive claim her identity. I grew up with my grandma, so I identify easily with her a lot more. When I first got tumblr five years ago I had Cayuga listed, I think it was last year that I took it off.
No need to come off anon. Do whatever makes you comfortable.
