I keep getting asked what does Logan think about you hating white men? I will explain. He understands. And when he cannot understand he tries to. He understands that I would be afraid of an oppressive group, he understands that I would fear white men after having been raped by several of them, he understands and respects my fear. He understands that people from marginalized and oppressed groups can hate their oppressors. He does not tell me I’m wrong. He listens. He’s learning, like I am learning. We are learning what white privilege is and how to dismantle it. I am in love with him and I am not a traitor for loving someone.
